1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Nordian Inc.’s positioning correction services platform, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If the user does not agree with any part of this document, they should not use the platform.
2. Modifications to the Terms
Nordian Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after the publication of updates implies tacit acceptance of the new terms.
3. Use of the Service
The platform is designed to facilitate the purchase and management of positioning correction services provided by Nordian Inc., which are divided into two categories:
- Services for Nordian products: delivered via L-band satellite. Activation credentials are provided over the internet after purchase confirmation. These services are sold exclusively through annual plans.
- Services for third-party products: delivered via the internet using the NTRIP protocol. These are available as monthly, annual, or 10-hour plans (with monthly renewal of the hourly quota).
The platform allows users to:
- Access a dedicated area to view their active subscriptions, including: plan details, activation and expiration dates, usage credentials, and billing information;
- Purchase and renew subscriptions exclusively through their user account;

4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, technology, and interface elements on the platform are the exclusive property of Nordian Inc. or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nordian Inc. is not responsible for damages resulting from:
- Improper use of the platform;
- Internet or satellite connection interruptions or failures;
- Incompatibility with third-party products beyond the conditions defined in the coverage area.
The platform is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted performance or error-free operation.
6. Termination
Nordian Inc. may suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms, misuse services, or engage in fraudulent activities. Account termination does not exempt the user from previous responsibilities, including financial obligations.

Response times may vary between 1 (one) and 5 (five) business days, depending on the urgency and complexity of the case. Nordian Inc. is committed to prioritizing support requests that directly affect service operation.
8. Refund Policy
Users may request a refund within 7 business days of purchase if:
- They are unable to use the service;
- They are dissatisfied with the service’s performance.
Requests must be submitted through Nordian Inc.’s official support channels. Once the request is reviewed and approved, Nordian Inc. will have up to 30 (thirty) calendar days to process the refund under the following conditions:
- Credit card purchases: the amount will be refunded to the original credit card, subject to the card operator’s processing times.
- Invoice purchases: if already paid, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer to an account provided by the user.
